🚗 Parking
One parking space included at The Brewery Parking Structure a few blocks away. If you need additional parking, it is $20/day, but may raise if there are events going on (paid by yourself there). We will send check in instructions on how to access the garage before your stay.
The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. You will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. We will provide you that information before your stay.
Sofa can also be used for extra guests.
Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

Public Transportation: Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) offers bus service throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. There are multiple routes and schedules available, and you can purchase fares online or at various retail locations throughout the city. The MCTS also offers a Ride MCTS app, which provides real-time bus tracking and other useful features for planning your trip.
Biking: Milwaukee has a bike share program called Bublr Bikes, which offers a convenient way to explore the city on two wheels. There are multiple Bublr Bikes stations located throughout the city, and you can purchase a daily, monthly, or annual pass to use the bikes.
Ride-Sharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are available in Milwaukee, providing a convenient way to get around the city without having to worry about parking or navigating public transportation. Simply download the app, request a ride, and your driver will pick you up at your location.
Car Rental: If you prefer to have your own wheels, there are several car rental companies located throughout the city, including Hertz, Enterprise, and Avis. You can reserve a car online or at one of their rental locations.
Walking: Milwaukee is a pedestrian-friendly city, with plenty of sidewalks and crosswalks available. If you’re staying in the downtown area, many popular attractions and restaurants are within walking distance of each other.
Streetcar: Milwaukee has a streetcar system called The Hop, which provides free rides along a 2.5-mile loop in the downtown area. The Hop runs every day of the week and has 18 stops at popular destinations, including the Milwaukee Public Market, the Fiserv Forum, and the Milwaukee Art Museum.
Taxi: Taxis are available throughout the city, and you can either hail one on the street or call a local taxi company for pickup.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.
We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:
1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300
There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
