Enjoy your beach getaway at Emerald Isle in this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo. This spacious and updated unit offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, pool deck, and sugar-white sands from your own private balcony—accessible right from the open living area. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals in. Gather around the dining table for four or enjoy casual seating at the kitchen counter. The living room is bright and comfortable, complete with a large-screen TV and easy access to the balcony.
The master bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with a king bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a TV. The second full bathroom is shared and has a tub/shower combo.
Emerald Isle is a charming, smaller beachfront condo building with just 24 units, located directly on the sand in North Redington Beach. This six-story building offers breathtaking west-facing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Florida’s famous sunsets and can be seen from every unit here. Guests can enjoy a shared, heated pool, a secure locked lobby, and convenient elevator access from the ground floor to the top. Coin-operated laundry rooms are available on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th floors for added convenience. One assigned parking space is available for each condo. PLEASE NOTE: Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the condo, on the pool deck or on the balcony. Smoking on grounds is only allowed in the designated area onsite.
