Less than 0.5 km away, Sobieszewska Island is located, which offers a number of attractions: nature reserves (Ptasi Raj, Mewia Łacha), viewpoints, and above all all beautiful Baltic beaches and a wide range of services (restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, water schools, bicycle and water equipment rentals). In the area you can rent kayaks and bicycles, and book recreational activities or a fishing boat trip or arrange windsurfing or horse riding lessons in the nearby Neptun Star stables. There is a water tram stop on the island, line no. F6, running to Targ Rybne, by the National Sailing Center. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 6. Make sure all windows are closed before leaving.
- 7. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. In case of violation, a one-time penalty fee will be charged.
- 8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per hour.
