Just a few blocks above downtown Napa and Oxbow, this gorgeous rental offers a prime location for world-class dining, shopping, and wine tasting.
.....Enjoy a festive game night in the bonus room, complete with a card table, large flat screen TV, ample seating, and a pull out sofa bed.
All the TV sets in both houses have HBO Max to watch any movies you want! We do not have cable but we have YoutubeTV which has over 80 major channels. It is connected to fiber optics internet system with 1GB speed all for your viewing pleasure!
LIVING AREAS
In the main house, gather in the living room with plenty of seating and screen a film on the 42” flat screen TV. Or relax in the lower-level bonus room with a card table, bean bag chairs, a pull-out sofa, and a 40” flat screen TV.
Located across the driveway, the separate guest house has a stylish and modern living room with comfy couches and a 52” flat screen TV also with HBO Max and Youtube TV
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel Thermador appliances, a breakfast table for eight, a marble island with seating for three, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. Gather for meals in the dining room with gorgeous vistas and seating for 10.
The guest house offers a second full kitchen, stocked with the gadgets you might need to make meals and an eight-person dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, wraparound windows, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double vanity, immense soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The junior master bedroom boasts a king bed, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A third bedroom provides a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a desk. A bonus room has a sofa bed.
A guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower and modern art. An additional half bathroom is located just off the laundry room.
In the separate guest house, the bedroom features a king-size bed, sitting area, and a private balcony. The loft includes two queen beds and two skylights. Since it is a loft, please be aware that there is no privacy.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Soak up the California sun on the main balcony, offering incredible valley views, a grill, and plenty of seating for your whole party. Another balcony can be found between the master bedroom and the junior master suite.
The guest house features a balcony off the bedroom with a table for two, as well as a second balcony with ample seating for nine.

There are 5 parking spaces at the property.
NOTE: The city and the code enforcement officers PROHIBIT limousines and SUV luxury transport from stopping in the middle of the street to pick up guests.
It is also a safety hazard because of the limited visibility, as there’s a terrace underneath & they stop in the middle of the two lane street near a blind curb and it all poses safety risk to residents, the driver and guests. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
Please be advised that PARKING along the frontage of Montecito Blvd, which is along the graveled shoulder of the road is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
