Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Welcome! Please read these instructions carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with the hot tub and pool. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.
- Pool Cover Maintenance
- Pump Usage:
- The pool cover features a pump for rainy weather. Guests have two options:
- Hot Tub Only: If you plan to use only the hot tub, leave the pump on the cover and open the pool cover just enough to expose the hot tub.
- Pool Use: If you plan to use the pool (unheated), remove the pump before use and ensure it is replaced on the cover at the end of your stay.
- Accessing the Pool Cover
- The key to open the pool cover is located on the post by the pathway between the house and the pool.

- Hot Tub Operation
- Controls Location: The hot tub controls are on the wall nearest the “pool house.”
- Button Functions:
- Power Button: Turns the hot tub on and off.
- Light Button: Activates the spa lights.
- Jet Button: Controls additional jets. The spa features 8 jets—4 activate with the spa, and the other 4 can be turned on separately.
- Boost Button: Raises the water temperature by an additional 2°F.
- Temperature Settings: The hot tub is preset to a maximum temperature of 102–104°F.
- Heating Time:
- Summer: The hot tub takes approximately 30-45 minutes to heat up.
- Winter: Heating may take longer due to lower starting temperatures.
- Automatic Shut-Off: The hot tub shuts off automatically after 3 hours but can be restarted.
- Retaining Heat: Close the cover when the hot tub is not in use to conserve heat.
- End-of-Stay Instructions
- Before departing, please:
- Turn off the hot tub and lights.
- Close the cover completely.
- Return the key to the lockbox.
- Place the pump back on the pool cover.
