Casa Jan Sofat 57 is your perfect holiday home, within the gated yachting community of Jan Sofat . A spacious and modern upscale villa in a secure residential area on Curaçao, with all the amenities a family or group can wish for, and private access.
The villa is a two story home designed by a well-known local architect, with new modern rooms and bathrooms. It has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms a large kitchen/living room. The view from the living room and terrace is stunning, during the day and at night. Lush tropical gardens surround the villa and the separate large pool area and pool.
The residential area of Jan Sofat is known as one of high-end, quiet neighborhoods on the island, and is located in the vicinity of the touristic area of Jan Thiel where you’ll find Jan Thiel Beach, several restaurants, bars and watersport options. The well known area of Mambo Beach, with its beach clubs and shops is only 15 minutes by car away.
The entry door welcomes you inside and leads directly to a hallway that connects all areas. Passing the first bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the left, you walk towards the living area featuring an open kitchen. It is equipped with a dishwasher, combi oven, induction cooktop, and wine refrigerator, connecting seamlessly with the living space, featuring beam ceilings. Wooden shutter windows above the kitchen counter offer glimpses of the scenic Spanish Water and an adjoining covered terrace suitable for dining or entertainment. The living area also has a side exit through glass sliding doors, leading to a tranquil garden with a serene spot opting for relaxation. The main bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, is situated at the hallway’s end. Additional glass sliding doors in the hallway and kitchen reveal a tropical courtyard garden where the remaining two bedrooms are located, each featuring ensuite bathrooms with glass sliding entry doors. All bathrooms feature stall showers and double sinks.
A descent down the staircase unveils the villa’s inviting swimming pool, measuring 6.3 m by 3.3 m.
