Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: The use, purchase, or sale of any illegal substances within the property is strictly prohibited, as per Mexico City regulations.
- The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as the IDs of all accompanying guests. IDs for minors are not required.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Events and parties are not permitted.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. If towels are stained, a replacement fee will be charged.
- If you plan to have visitors, please notify us at least one day in advance and provide a photo of their ID.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Always keep the main entrance door closed.
