Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. This impeccable property is situated in a peaceful location at the foot of the pretty hilltop village of Gassin, only 10 minutes drive to many beaches and to the centre of St Tropez. Villa Verdant sleeps 10 guests, spread over a large secured plot of 4100m², ideal for families to appreciate the vast flat, landscaped gardens of lush manicured lawns. The 9 x 5m heated pool is set among mature palm and olive trees adjacent to the lawn. There is a pool house equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, which enables al fresco cooking and dining all year round. The house has been decorated recently in a modern classic style with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. The interiors have been finished to a precise standard, with comfortable bedrooms and cosy sofas in both the lounge and TV den area. The ground floor opens to a large kitchen dining area, leading to the living room with fireplace and TV, There are 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the garden level and a master suite on the first floor. One of the bedrooms opens on to an enclosed courtyard with shaded nooks to relax. You will find a covered terrace boardering the house leading from the kitchen idealic for al fresco dining, or lounging on the comfortable outdoor sofas. The tiled terrace by the pool is the optimum space to chill out for aperos and enjoy the sun on comfy sunloungers. Amenities include AC in bedrooms, satellite SKY TV and wifi internet access. Rates include end of stay cleaning quality bed and bath linen plus pool towels. The pool can be heated on request. This villa is ideal for families who would like to be within easy reach of St Tropez, whilst holidaying in style and living in a quiet secluded area neighbouring the picturesque hilltop village of Gassin with its many restaurants, cafes and shops. There is a large supermarket a few minutes drive also offering a convenient drive through shopping service.
