Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Delightful family villa located in a private domaine in Grimaud offering wonderful views over the Bay of Saint Tropez. With its 4 ensuite bedrooms, spacious garden, private pool and comfortable living spaces this is the ideal holiday home. Villa Oasis is located in a secure private domaine which sits right next to the Beauvallon golf course. The property offers 4 comfortable bedrooms all with their own bathroom. One of these double bedrooms is an independant studio and can be accessed seperately. the other three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The studio is perfect for teenagers or visiting guests. There is a spacious living / dining room with 2 comfortable armchairs and a large sofa.. Full length bay windows open onto the garden and covered dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all comforts of modern living. There is a spacious garden with pool overlooking the Bay of Saint Tropez. There is also a boules court in a shaded spot overlooking the fairways. The domaine offers a further 2 swimming pools, one for children and another 25m pool, a tennis court , a volleyball court and play area for children, all for the exclusive use of the domaine guests. There is ample car parking available at the villa. Close to the villa there is a small supermarket with is a 10 minute walk to stock up on basic provisions. You will find a popular restaurant on the beach just at the end of the domain, which you can reach by foot.
