These colorful vacation accommodations will brighten both your day and your spirits! Your four-story, 3 bedroom, 3-and-one-half bath soundside townhouse has all the fun stuff to ensure you have a blast during your stay on the Outer Banks!
The second level is where you will find your large, high-ceiling great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The comfortable living room features a large sofa and a TV for movie nights with the family. The spacious kitchen comes with appliances, cookware, and a workspace to cook tasty meals. A breakfast bar with seating for 4 ensures that the chef is never left out of a conversation! Sit down and enjoy a delicious meal as a family in the formal dining area.
Head up the stairs to the third and fourth levels to find your comfy cozy sleeping arrangements. The third level boasts two King En Suites for the ultimate privacy. The fourth level has a double Queen En Suite. The people who get this room will have the whole floor to themselves!
The first level of the home features a lovely sitting room with a TV and an arcade gaming station, a half bathroom, as well as a covered porch with comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite book or an afternoon nap.
The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are not permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
