The first level of this gracious 4-bedroom vacation property is all about fun! Enter through the two-car carport and you’re right in the den. This area boasts a seating group with a flat-screen HDTV, a foosball table for hours of friendly competition, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Perfect for storing movie snacks! The bedroom on the ground level features a Queen-sized bed and a full hall bath. A soothing hot tub is located on the screened porch. Enjoy the cool evening breezes as you let the jets work out any stress left in your body.
The second level is a great room decorated with rustic hardwood floors and distressed tables, lovely coordinating furniture, and bright, fun pops of coastal colors. It is a classy, inviting space in which you will love to spend time in with your friends and family. Tall ceilings convey a large and airy feel.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
