Both the house and the studio have their own private entrances and dedicated parking, with no shared internal spaces. As a guest of the main house, you’ll have exclusive access to the top-level residence and driveway parking. The studio is completely independent, and there is no interaction between guests.
If you’re seeking more space or traveling with a larger group, you have the option to rent both the studio & the three-bedroom House as one. This would allow you to enjoy both the entire property exclusively. Please reach out if you’re interested in this option.
