Charming small apartment located in the San Montano Riviera, just a few meters from the sea and with a stunning panoramic view of Capri.
The riviera is a private and very exclusive location situated between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, where many villas and apartments for tourist use are present.
The entrance is located at street level, and through an internal staircase (about 8 steps) you directly access the apartment. Spacious and bright living room with sea view, furnished with a double sofa bed, table with chairs, free-standing bathtub with cervical jet. Small separate kitchen consisting of a cooktop with two burners, sink, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, juicer, and toaster.
Spacious double bedroom with memory foam bed, wall closets, small writing desk. Complete bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and bidet.
The strong point of the house is certainly the small balcony with sea view, equipped with a small table and two armchairs, ideal for a sunset drink or breakfast.
The guests have exclusive access to the apartment.
