Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we’re available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

- Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without time constraints.

- ⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)
- ⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the "Historic Center." If you plan to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking access times.
- In any case, there are paid parking areas 🅿️ in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊
- 👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
- • We offer a baby crib and high chair upon request, for children from 0 to 2 years old
- • Service cost: €30 for the entire stay, linen included
