Close to Pollensa turn from the main road to new streets leading to the elegant Residential Zone called S’Ubac. The Villa has marvellous, extended views over the valley to the seaside and has all the best that modern living can provide. An electric gate opens to the well kept garden with lots of flowers, plants and trees. The large covered terraces with outdoor dining, BBQ and cosy sitting area offer unforgettable panorama views. The modern pool is surrounded by lawns and some orange and lemon trees.
Entering the Villa and passing the pleasant spacious hall you enter the living-dining room, stylishly designed with panoramic windows. The contemporary kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need. There is a double bedroom en suite on the groundfloor. On the first floor you find three twin/double bedrooms en suite each one with a very nice private terrace. This Villa is really a family home in a holiday location, that caters for every day modern living.
