On the third floor, you will find a third guest bedroom that features two full beds. As an added feature, you will also find a fabulous wet bar and a stunning observation deck on the third floor—an amazing spot to soak in the Florida sunshine, fresh air, and breathtaking 30A sunsets. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, Floridays on 30A is the perfect place for your next unforgettable getaway! *Two Parking passes will be provided. Don’t miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
