Superb contemporary Mediterranean-style villa with large garden and heated swimming pool, located just a few minutes from the charming villages of Valbonne and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, in the commune of Roquefort-les-Pins.
Recently built, this property enjoys a very quiet location yet is close to all amenities: supermarket, bakery, village centre, hairdresser and nail salon.
You’ll enjoy a very pleasant exterior with a tiled Bali-style swimming pool carefully surrounded by sun loungers and a great hammock for sunbathing, a dining area with a Weber pellet barbecue, and a lounge with its electric bioclimatic pergola. There’s also a petanque court, table tennis, and plenty of space and games for family fun.
The swimming pool is salt water and heated from May to October, depending on the weather.
The main level into which you enter consists of a large open-plan living room (with a large TV) leading onto the dining room with its wine cellar, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave, waffle maker, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc.); all overlooking the garden and swimming pool; a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge-freezer.
On the ground floor, you will also find the master bedroom (QUEEN SIZE 160cm bed) equipped with a TV and dressing room and bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (QUEEN SIZE 160cm bed), each with its own shower room and dressing room.
There is off-street parking for several cars, as well as a closed garage for 2 vehicles.
The property offers quick and easy access to Cannes, Monaco, Nice and its airport (20 min by car).
