Gather around the firepit at night seeing the faint city lights in the distance below. ◦ THINGS TO NOTE: Fenced yard: Fully fenced Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage Outdoor Surveillance: Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the house facing facing the driveway & entrance for your safety. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard. ◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour ◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address ◦ Pet Fee is $195 * We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we’re in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee. This fees will apply for each day the hot tub is in use during your stay. If you like to use the hot tub, kindly let us know and we will arrange the heating for you. POOL HEATING: Should you wish to have the pool heated (85 degrees) during your stay, please notify us in advance of your arrival. There will be an additional fee per day charge for this service. July through September - $250 each day. October through June - $300 each day. HOT TUB: - To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. - No pets of any kind or size in hot tub. - Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. - Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover. AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. PARKING: The long driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Please keep in mind it is upward sloped going up the driveway and levels out near the top where you can park. GARAGE: Please note that the control box for the garage door is not accessible. INTERNET: The house has good internet access through the satellite on the house. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed Bedroom 2: King Size Bed KITCHEN: Fully equipped with Cafe appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils SECURITY: Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the house facing facing the driveway & entrance for your safety. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard. * Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests. * Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.
