Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Check-In Process: We offer an in-person meet and greet at check-in. Please confirm an arrival time prior to 6 PM. For arrivals after this time, late check-in may be arranged at an additional cost, but please confirm with us before booking.
- Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes.
- Check-Out Time: Check-out is strictly by 10 AM unless otherwise arranged in advance. Our cleaners charge additional fees for any time spent waiting after 10 AM, so please ensure you check out on time.
- No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the studio or building.
- Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum before 7 AM and after 10 PM. If a complaint is received, you will first be contacted via the booking platform, followed by a phone call. Failure to comply with noise reduction may result in immediate eviction.
- Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
- Availability: Our team is available from 8 AM to 6 PM to assist you during your stay. Please message us via the booking platform for any inquiries or assistance.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio or in any common areas.
- No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Apartment.
- Lost Keys: A replacement fee will apply for lost or unreturned keys or access cards.
