Villa Amaranthus is a contemporary and elegantly decorated villa of 4 bedrooms with amazing entertaining facilities such as a private mini golf course, a hot tub and a big pool. It can sleep up to 8 people and offer them unique moments of comfort and relaxation both inside and outside in its gorgeous professionally landscaped garden where someone can enjoy the sun and amazing mountain views. The closest seaside resort town is just moments away with a sandy beach and many shops and restaurants
This 140m2 newly renovated villa is set on a big private and gated plot amidst lush olive groves offering absolute seclusion, tranquillity and the characteristic Cretan and Mediterranean ambience. It is a simply laid out property of 2 levels with a huge outdoor space which has been fully taken advantage of in order to provide its guests with as many options to unwind and enjoy themselves at this beautiful setting surrounded by wonderful mountain views. The villa has been equipped with top-notch furniture and appliances and offers luxurious options such as a hot tub and a private golf course at no additional cost. The villa offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people in its bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all areas of the house, both indoors and outdoors.
Ground floor
Upon entering you will see the beautifully-decorated living room with a large comfortable sofa and the dining area. On the ground floor, you will also find the fully equipped kitchen that provides all the necessary appliances you need for a satisfying stay. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, a double one with access to the pool terrace and one twin bedroom which can be easily converted into a double upon request, along with a shared bathroom with a shower unit. Big sliding glass doors lead to the pool area.
First floor
The first floor is dedicated to two more double bedrooms. Both of them have private balconies, one of which is a big terrace covered with a pergola, with fascinating views of the Cretan nature, such as the White Mountains range and the colours of the local hills. On the first floor, there is also a shared bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower unit.
Exterior
The villa is fenced and gated and has its own spacious private parking space. The pool area is surrounded by the vibrantly landscaped garden, offering both serenity and colourfulness. The pool is about 5 meters long, its maximum depth reaches 1,60 meters and on the tiled patio, there are sunbeds for everyone. Alongside the pool, the villa offers a minigolf course with many different difficulty levels and as many as eight different courses, making it the ideal fun activity, where all ages can participate and interact with each other. While on your way through the garden path, you will find the relaxing tropical corner where there is a hot tub giving the impression and feeling of a harmonious private home spa.

Villa Amaranthus is located in Kambia, close to the villages of Kokkino Chorio, Plaka and Almyrida, where beautiful clear-water beaches can be found. The area is peaceful and a good starting point for long walks or excursions around the villages of the Apokoronas province.
The traditional Kokkino Chorio village, is only 1 km away, where you will find taverns and a mini market. In the neighboring Plaka, you will find a supermarket, cafes and several restaurants with delicious that remain open all year round.
At a short distance, there is the "Blue Flag" beach of Almyrida, which has facilities and a nice sandy beach as well as several cafes, bars and taverns along it. Here, you will also find mini markets, a pharmacy and some other shops that sell the essentials.
Within a distance of 7 km, there is the seaside small town of Kalyves, where there is also a beach with facilities as well as supermarkets, cafes, banks, several shops, and services.
Chania, which is approximately a 40-minute drive, is considered to be among one of the most picturesque cities of the island ,due to its beautiful architecture. It is a crossroad of many civilizations that have left their trails on the island. Chania has truly amazing places to visit, from secret villages and fabulous beaches to interesting historical sights. The most impressive beaches are Balos, Elafonissi and Falasarna, while there are innumerable other amazing beaches around its coastline, from organized resorts to totally secluded coves.
