• No shooting and hunting.
• Please be aware this is a desert environment; there are critters around once in awhile.
• High clearance vehicles are highly recommended in the desert; please avoid coming In cars which are too low.
• Please bring your own wood if you intend to use the outdoor firepit.
•Due to the combination of high winds, loose soil/sand in the desert, the cowboy tub will not be prefilled with water to avoid getting the water dirty. Guests are welcome to fill it themselves.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance, if additional service is required to fill the cowboy tub on the day of arrival. (A $60 fee applies).
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard, and the landscape are available for your exclusive use.
A car is highly recommended.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.
Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.
