Recently renovated 2 bed 1.5 bath in one of Newport’s most desirable neighborhoods. Walk to water at end of the street enjoy or relax in the back yard patio oasis area with large mature gardens and fire pit. Oversized original windows allow for great natural lighting that highlight the original hardwoods and small touches. Open kitchen and living concept on first floor with half bath. Large staircase to second floor and landing with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Come back year after year!

Guests have access to entire condo, separate entrance and shared yard but rarely used by other tenants.
