Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Villa Nova is a modern luxury villa located in a stunning position in the heights in Beausoleil, only 10 minutes walking distance to the port of Monaco. This villa offers leisure and business travellers a unique experience in a pefect blend of luxury and tranquility with fantastic views over Monaco and the Mediterranean Sea. The property was recently build incorporating smart home technology throughout, and offers 5 bedrooms with additional accommodation available for guests distributed over 3 levels. The villa can be accessed via the high end garage with parking for up to 8 cars, alternatively steps lead up on the site of the property to the grand main entry. An elevator services all levels of the house including the lower garage level. The large reception area with dining is located on the ground / garden level and opens to the shady terraces with lounges and dining, garden, outdoor kitchen and pool with retractable pool bar. A fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances is located on the same level. Two bedrooms including the Master bedroom with stunning sea views can be found on the first floor, and another 2 private studio apartments on the lower ground. A fifths bedroom on the same floor is ideal for teenagers or staff. Both apartments are equipped with doublebed and Murphy wallbed to provide additional accommodation. There is also a Yoga room on this level, utility room with laundry, and a wine cellar. The villa is equipped with WIFI, alarm, AC, secure parking, international TV and Sonos.
