The villa features clean, modern lines blended with the natural beauty of surrounding granite boulders. Guests can relax on the wooden deck or by the flood-lit pool under the stars. The light-filled interior, with glass doors on three sides, provides an elegant and comfortable space perfect for a couple or small family. The family-friendly beach nearby has a seasonal bar/restaurant, and there are also hidden coves accessible by trails through the maquis. The villa is just a five-minute drive from Ile Rousse and 30 minutes from Calvi, with easy access to more beaches and dining options. A coastal train, the Trinichellu, offers a scenic way to explore the area. Villa Roc e Fiore shares a driveway with another villa but remains otherwise independent.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
