A former barn renovated and furnished in the best Tuscan style, surrounded by a private olive grove and gentle evergreen hills. It overlooks the countryside and on clear days you can even see a bit of the sea. To reach it, you have to drive about 7 km.
In the village (about 1 km) small shops and bars, about 3 km away everything you need.
The property consists of a country villa occupied by the family of two (+ 2 small dogs), between the guest villa and this house there is a courtyard for relaxing with a dining table, pizza oven and armchairs.
The courtyard is shared, here are the entrances to the respective houses. The driveway, parking area and access to the house are also shared.
The house is on 3 levels. WiFi available.
First the private garden with olive trees, pergola with dining table and barbecue.
In the garden a Jacuzzi for further relaxation.
Next, partially glazed, the living and dining area with kitchen and 2 exits - one from the garden, one from the back.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, espresso machine (Nespresso), kettle, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. The washing machine is located in the next room. Iron and ironing board.
The courtyard leads to the first room with double bed and shower with WC and balcony with small dining table.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor - to the other bedroom with double bed, shower room and small sauna.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The husband looks after the garden and the hot tub.
