The spacious, L-shaped front porch offers multiple seating choices for afternoon happy hours with friends and family. The sunny living area features an open layout and vaulted ceilings for an airy ambiance and comes well-appointed for contemporary home comfort. The full kitchen features all the major appliances and cookware you’ll need for convenient home cooking, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The living room features plush seating and a smart TV for family-friendly entertainment. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming is available with guests’ own accounts. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV’s, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana. This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
