Additional memories can be created at the area’s local berry farms, Lake Glenville, and up the road at Great Smoky Mountain National Park. After a day full of adventure, kick back and relax amongst the warm wood finishes in the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room’s comfortable seating, large TV, and wood stove provide the perfect backdrop for movie nights and fireside cuddles. Whereas the full kitchen positively gleams with its stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and ample meal prep space. Both of the bedrooms are full of light. Appreciate the private TVs, central air-conditioning, and high-quality linens in both. Additional interior perks include board games and a private washer/dryer. As the sun begins to set over the mountains, put a log on the firepit and roast some marshmallows. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
