From the moment you walk inside, you’ll feel right at home amidst high ceilings, plush furnishings, and tropical-themed mementos. While the chef of your group utilizes the kitchen’s gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances, you can tune into your favorite shows on the living room’s Smart TV. As comfortable as the last, the home’s four bedrooms are places of pure peace with their high-quality linens, private TVs, and central air-conditioning. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, private washer/dryer, and internet access. As the sun begins to set over paradise, head for the balcony where effortless yellow, pink, and orange hues can be relished. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 2 dog(s), weighing 25lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
