MAP # 70 When you enter this beautiful 5 bedroom home, you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, stand alone ice maker and a wine cooler. The main level laundry area is equipped with full-size washer and dryer. The Dining room has seating for 8, and the breakfast nook has seating for 6. Just off the living and dining room is a large screened in and tiled back porch with plenty of outdoor seating. There is also an additional open tiled patio with a gas grill and additional seating. In the attached garage you will find a new 6 seat golf cart and another side by side refrigerator/freezer. On the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath as well as a sitting room with a Queen sofa sleeper. On the 3rd floor you will find bunk beds and a Queen sized bed as well as an additional reading nook.
