With no obstructions in its path, the gaze roams effortlessly from the blue sea to the neighboring island of Kelyfos, the marina, and the Porto Carras golf course. It then continues its journey to the village of Neos Marmaras, which is built in an amphitheater-like style, before finally coming to rest on the lush green forest and sprawling vineyards that yield wines of exceptional quality.
Villa Matelia is a two-storey residence of 150sqm and of particularly high standards.

Choosing to spend your holidays at Villa Matelia, you will have at your disposal a very large number of beaches – small, large, deserted, organised – to explore. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy numerous activities in the surrounding area, such as: Spa, Tennis, Golf, Water sports, Scuba diving, Horse riding, Cycling, Hiking – running, visit to the Porto Carras winery and Casino. The area is also ideal as a base for excursions to the first and second “leg” of Chalkidiki as well as Holly Mount Athos.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
