Three luxurious bedroom suites, a large and fully equipped kitchen, soaring ceilings with skylights and open floorplan with oversized windows are highlights of this fabulous space located on a large landscaped lot in a quiet community.
A 2023 Jeep Wrangler with removable top and East Hampton beach parking permit - the only way to park at most of the Hamptons beaches – is available (special terms apply, see details).
We are 8 minutes away from the charming and lively Village of East Hampton; 3 minutes to the beautiful botanical gardens at Long House Preserve or Northwest Harbor (Sammy’s Beach is the perfect bay beach for a leisurely stroll or swim, popular with families because the bay waters tend to be calmer and warmer than the ocean); 10 minutes from world famous Main Beach, Two Mile Hollow or Egypt Lane ocean beaches; and 15 minutes to the historic whaling village of Sag Harbor or the beautiful Wolfer Estate vineyards and polo grounds and a little farther to Bridgehampton, Southampton and Montauk.
Wake up to tranquil views of wide grass lawns and leafy green trees of East Hampton’s Northwest Woods, an enclave on a peninsula adjacent to East Hampton Village, surrounded by beautiful beaches and preserved woodlands for hiking, biking (2 adult bikes with helmets are included), and more. Jump in the heated pool for an invigorating swim or work on your tan poolside. After exploring the Hamptons, unwind in the hot tub, enjoy an outdoor movie, relax in the garden, or gather around the fire pit for smores.
With a lower level game room for fun and games and cozy spaces to relax, our Hamptons escape invites unforgettable memories.
