Country house with large garden, private pool, ping-pong table, air conditioning in living room and master bedroom, BBQ area, chill-out area.
The house consists of a large living room with fireplace and 32" TV with DVD and satellite with international channels (English, French, German, Dutch, and many other countries) and access to a catalog of streaming movies and series (in original version) and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, blender and fridge combi). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms with 2 single beds each, and the master bedroom with air conditioning, double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet.
Outside we find a large garden of more than 600m2 with chill-out area, 6 sun loungers, ping-pong table, barbecue area, a viewpoint to the mountains, table for 6 people and private parking in the enclosure with capacity for up to 3 cars.
Access from the exit of the highway is a 1.2km concreted lane to the house, suitable for any vehicle. It is a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach and 7 minutes from the centre of Nerja, 10 minutes from Frigiliana city centre. 65Km from Malaga airport.
