There is also a resort outdoor pool available to use for our guests. We are located within the "Eagle Springs Resort" neighborhood. ---------------------------------------- Other things to note To prevent parties, a noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room. Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort. There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking or if you don’t clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. While there is no pet fee. Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning will be debited from the guest. You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw cigarette buds outside the patio area. The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not a gas fireplace. Please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin.
