VILLA LA PACE – LUCCA AREA
Villa La Pace is set only 30 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Lucca, and it offers stunning views across the rolling hills of Tuscany. With a private swimming pool, modern interiors, and proximity to nearby towns, this is the perfect place to start discovering this part of Tuscany, and visit cities like Florence, Lucca, Pisa and even the seaside which less than an hour drive away. You will be five minutes drive from lively villages, and walking distance from bars and shops.
This beautiful property is composed of two buildings, a main house and an annex, developing over two floors.
MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor, we a bright large kitchen area, with dining table, and smaller living room with fireplace and sofas next to the kitchen. There are two bedrooms on this floor:
- One with double bed (160x200cm), air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and two sinks, access to patio and hydromassage pool.
- One with king size bed (180x200cm), air conditioning, access to outdoor patio, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we have three more double bedrooms:
- One with double bed (160x200cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, wardrobe, air conditioning
- One with double bed (160x200cm), air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower.
- One with king size bed (180x200cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, wardrobe, and air conditioning.
ANNEX
Also developing over two floors, it offers a small room and bathroom on the ground floor, and a double bedroom (160x200cm) on the first floor, with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a sofa bed that can be added on request.
OUTSIDE
The property offers an expansive garden with vineyard, private swimming pool (13x9m main pool; 6x4m pool corner; depth 1.4m; open from April to October according to weather) with stairs and a slide as well as a hydro-massage corner, a separate Jacuzzi tub (6 seats; heated up to 40 Celsius), shaded pergola with outdoor seating, sun lounges and umbrellas, making this the perfect place to relax after days of discovering this beautiful part of Tuscany. Additionally a newly installed pickleball court, perfect for those who love sports and outdoor fun.
Access to the villa and to the pool, as well as to the pool premises, is possible for persons with reduced mobility.

Visit Montecatini Terme: a small city from XVIII century founded over the presence of hot thermal waters that have been used since the Roman emperor times. The town also has a shopping promenade, many bars and pubs for good aperitives and quite a number of various restaurants. Don’t miss: Terme Tettuccio, the Town Hall building, the Funicular, and Montecatini Alto.
Visit Lucca, Pisa and Florence for day trips and have a day on the beach at Forte Dei Marmi famous beach area.
