Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No Smoking or Drugs: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using any illegal substances inside or outside the apartment. Any violation of this rule will result in a $100 fine and additional charges for cleaning and odor removal.
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels down after 10:30 PM to respect our neighbors.
- No Parties: Parties and events are not permitted.
- Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- Age Restrictions: Guests must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by an adult.
- Luggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to store luggage outside of check-in and check-out times.
- Maintenance Requests: Please report any maintenance issues within the first 24 hours of your stay.
- Maintenance Access: To ensure your comfort, we may need to access the apartment for maintenance during your stay. We will do our best to schedule visits at a time that is convenient for you. However, in case of emergencies, we may need to access the apartment without prior notice.
- Check-Out: Please leave the property clean and tidy. This includes taking out the trash, washing the dishes, and removing your belongings. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive cleaning. We hope you enjoy your stay!
