It features a big pool which oversees the beautiful Cretan landscape. Both the interior and the exterior spaces are designed to please the eye and offer comfort and relaxation.
Villa Empire is a gem in the Mediterranean ready to be discovered by every kind of traveller. It is a spacious 200sqm villa set in one of the most beautiful and scenic locations. Without a house nearby, this villa can promise luxury, exclusivity and relaxation. One can enjoy 360 views to the sea, the White Mountains and the olive groves that surround it.
It occupies 2 levels, the ground floor and the first floor. The amazing view can be enjoyed in both levels as all rooms have big windows to the sea.
Entering the villa from the ground floor, one can immediately see all the amenities and comforts this villa can offer. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge and endless counter space. The big dining table is right next to it while there is an additional seating option at the kitchen island. The living room is at the same room with a huge sofa and a satellite TV.
In this floor there is also a family bathroom and the first bedroom of the villa with its ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the laundry room. A huge balcony surrounds the upper floor and offers another opportunity for someone to admire the spectacular view.
The exterior of the villa is professionally landscaped to a very high standard. The pool area is equipped with sofas and sun loungers for everyone. There is also a big charcoal bbq with an additional dining area.
At night the villa glares with its wonderful lighting which creates an incredible relaxing atmosphere.
The village where the villa is located offers various dining options and 2 local convenience stores. All of them can be easily accessed on foot as they are approximately 500m away.
The closest beach, a rocky one is a 5 minute drive while other sandy beaches can be found within 20 minutes by car.
Chania airport and city are approximately 40 minutes away.
The plot is gated and easily accessible. There is plenty of parking space in the plot.
All the areas of the villa have reliable WIFI connection.
The guests have exclusive use of the private villa. They do not share any spaces with other people.
A car is necessary to go around and explore the island
Please note that the main bedroom includes a sofa bed that can be converted into a full bed. Additionally, the sofa in the living room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate one person for sleeping.
Heating the pool is an extra fee of 350 Euros per week.
