Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and an attached private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids, with a bunk bed that includes a twin/double configuration. There are two full bathrooms upstairs: the Master Full with a shower stall and the Main Full with a shower/tub combination. Downstairs: The lower level offers a comfortable living area with a couch, TV, and a piano for entertainment. The dining area features a full table with seating for eight guests. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Bedroom 4 provides a queen-size bed. A third full bathroom with a shower stall is conveniently located downstairs. Outdoor: Enjoy the large, private, fenced yard, a spacious patio, and a grill for outdoor cooking and relaxation. Pets under 20 pounds are allowed with prior approval, and charges may apply. Please be aware that quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Additional house rules include no parties or unregistered guests, maintaining a clean space, and no use of confetti. Please remove shoes upon entering. No bonfires are allowed.
