The villa consists of two different buildings of 120 sq m each, within a 2,000 sq m plot, offering a living experience that combines privacy with comfort.
The villa’s outdoor area is the epitome of relaxation and luxury.
Each residence has its own private 48 sq m swimming pool, creating a single relaxation setting. One pool has a specially designed area for children.
High-quality sun loungers, elegant umbrellas and seating areas between the two pools create an ideal setting for relaxation and tranquility. For moments of entertainment, a ping-pong table and a basketball court are at the guests’ disposal, enhancing the overall experience with pleasant touches.
Outside, the villa also features a fully equipped BBQ area, which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher and sink, ideal for unforgettable lunches and dinners under the starry sky of Crete, accompanied by a large dining table.
An elegantly integrated outdoor shower offers additional practicality, ideally completing the hospitality experience.

The open-plan living and kitchen area exudes warmth and architectural harmony, with modern décor, a comfortable sofa bed, a 60-inch TV, a Playstation and panoramic views of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and a spacious table, ready to welcome meals of unforgettable companionship.
Each residence has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be joined together, offering flexibility according to the guest’s needs. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a 32-inch TV and large windows overlooking the pool and plenty of natural light. In addition, each building includes an additional bathroom for shared use.
The two independent residences allow guests to enjoy their personal space, without losing the sense of shared experience.
