Welcome to Villa Panorama, a beautiful getaway in the peaceful village of Giannoudi, just 5 km from the lively town of Rethymnon and its lovely beaches. The villa can comfortably host up to 8 guests and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
Outside Space:
Set on a hill within a 5,000 sq m olive grove, the villa offers stunning panoramic views from the Souda headland to the hills of Heraklion. Surrounded by lush greenery, it’s a peaceful and private retreat.
The outdoor area features a 60 sq m swimming pool with a depth ranging from ideal for a refreshing swim, as well as children’s pool for younger guests. Next to the pools are large verandas with wooden design providing shaded spots to relax or dine outdoors.
A favorite part of the villa is the 40 sq m BBQ area, equipped with a charcoal grill and a wood-fired oven, perfect for enjoying traditional meals. This space also includes a large wooden dining table along with a refrigerator, sink, and all the necessary kitchenware, making outdoor cooking and dining easy and fun.
Inside the Villa:
The villa’s 204 sq m of living space is spread over two floors, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere with modern comforts.
First Floor:
The first floor features a bright, open-plan layout with a fully-equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances. The kitchen also has plenty of storage and a cozy dining area. A glass door leads to a covered veranda with an additional dining space.
Next to the kitchen is a comfortable living room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing. This floor has two verandas, where you can enjoy stunning views of Rethymno and the Cretan sea.
Ground Floor:
On the lower level, you’ll find the villa’s four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two master bedrooms have double beds, while the other two have twin beds.
One of the bathrooms includes a separate shower room with a sit-in Jacuzzi, offering a relaxing space to unwind. The second bathroom provides extra convenience for guests.
A utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, and cleaning supplies is also located on this floor.
