Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. On the first floor the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large walk-in dressing room and air-conditioned tv den can be found together with 2 more double bedrooms, each with their bathroom. There is another air-conditioned TV den / play area for children situated between these 2 double bedrooms. Ideal for kids to hang out, play a game or watch some television. Set within a private estate, the villa also includes a large pool (that can be heated) with security cover and can be fenced, full lit tennis court, manicured gardens, and wonderful views of rolling hills, making it a true oasis of luxury and tranquility. Location wise you are just minutes from the village of Valbonne, 10 minutes to the historical village of Mougins and a 15/20 minute drive to Cannes and the coast.
