• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.

The spacious living room boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden and pool and also gives direct access to the villa’s courtyard. There is a seperate dining room just off the living room. There is a charming courtyard, with fountain, a large outdoor dining table that can comfortably sit 12 and large gaz Weber BBQ. The patio offers a wonderful retreat from the sun for those seeking an intimite hideaway. The courtyard can be accessed through the kitchen, living and one of the ground floor bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large breakfast corner up to 6 people, induction hob, large fridge/freezer, and all other modern comforts one needs.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 doubles and 1 twin. They share 2 bathrooms between these 3 rooms. The ground floor also offers an air-conditioned office space available to guests.
On the first floor the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large walk-in dressing room and air-conditioned tv den can be found together with 2 more double bedrooms, each with their bathroom. There is another air-conditioned TV den / play area for children situated between these 2 double bedrooms. Ideal for kids to hang out, play a game or watch some television.
Set within a private estate, the villa also includes a large pool (that can be heated) with security cover and can be fenced, full lit tennis court, manicured gardens, and wonderful views of rolling hills, making it a true oasis of luxury and tranquility.
Location wise you are just minutes from the village of Valbonne, 10 minutes to the historical village of Mougins and a 15/20 minute drive to Cannes and the coast.
