Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- • Guest making the reservation must be over 25 (unless they are children with a family). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- • No smoking in the house. If you smoke on the porch, close the windows
- • No fireworks or other illegal activities. We will send the police to remove you from our home if you light fireworks
- • Parking is limited to 4 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)
- • The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- • Quiet hours is from 10pm-8am
- • NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- • Respect the neighbors
- • Remove shoes/boots at the door.
