The Shredquarters is your ultimate basecamp for four-season mountain
adventures. Just minutes from Killington Resort’s world-class skiing and
mountain biking, you’ll also find hiking trails, golf courses, and endless
outdoor activities right on your doorstep. The chalet spans two floors with
plenty of room for 8 guests. The upper level features a well-equipped kitchen
that flows into a large dining and living area, with a wood-burning fireplace
(firewood provided) and 55” Smart TV. The primary bedroom on this level
includes a queen bed and full bath. Downstairs you’ll find two additional
bedrooms – one with a queen bed and another with two sets of bunk beds –
perfect for families or groups. Plus, a full bathroom, updated ski room with
space for all your gear, and dedicated office for those mixing work and play.
Outside, the wrap-around, covered deck offers stunning views of Killington and
Pico peaks, perfect for morning coffee or après-ski.

smoothly (we might have a small per-person charge to cover expenses).
\- We love a good time, but our minimum age for renting is 25.
\- Come and go as you please with our easy-peasy smart lock access codes!
\- We get it—flexibility is key! We can offer early check-in or late check-out
for a small extra fee if our schedule allows.
\- Our home is a smoke-free zone (e-cigs included!). A $500 fine will apply if
you light up indoors.
\- For everyone’s safety, we’ve got an exterior camera keeping an eye on the
driveway.
\- Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM—let’s keep the noise down so everyone can
rest easy!
\- Your furry friends are welcome—up to two dogs for a $155 pet fee. (No cats
allowed, though—they might just cause a ruckus!)
\- No washer/dryer on-site—be sure to pack accordingly!
\- Winter weather can be unpredictable, so we don’t offer weather-related
refunds. We recommend travel insurance and, for your safety, all-wheel drive
and winter tires are a must!
