Welcome to our mid-century modern chalet, perfect for a serene wooded mountain
escape year-round. Recently renovated, this home offers all the comforts to
make you feel right at home. Enjoy a cozy getaway with family and friends in
this beautifully designed retreat.
The Space
Our newly designed and furnished chalet is equipped with everything you need
for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located, this fully renovated home
accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy
modern amenities, including new appliances, fast and reliable WiFi, and two
55” HD televisions. The gas fireplace warms the living room, providing a cozy
atmosphere with enough seating for everyone to enjoy movie nights.
Outdoor Spaces
Upper Deck: Start your day with morning coffee alfresco, seated at the tables
and chairs. A grill is also available for outdoor cooking.
Lower Deck: Perfect for warmer months, this beautifully lit seating area is
ideal for gatherings with friends. Open a bottle of wine and unwind.
Newly Added Hot Tub: Relax in the newly added four-person hot tub, perfect for
soothing sore muscles after a day of adventure.
• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to
mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You
understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks
may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any
bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property
manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as
you please.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times
depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may
be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the
house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and
recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel
drive and winter tires are also recommended.
