This tropical oasis offers a stunning 9 ft. by 20 ft. pool. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! A full-sized gas grill completes the exterior package. The bonus area just by the pool offers an air hockey table which convents to 6 different games including ping pong, pool, roulette, poker and also a dining table. From the living room porch, a staircase leads to your own private Island oasis. Plenty of seating and sun loungers surround the pool so you can bask in the Florida sunshine. If you prefer shade there is a covered area to relax under or soak up the sun on the reclining chairs on the pool sun ledge to rest, refresh and relax. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity challenges for you and your fellow vacationers a round of corn hole by the pool or watch the game on the large screen TV in the outdoor area. The perfect way to end your day is a late-night swim or sit by the fire pit with a nightcap. Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Maximum of 8 guests can stay at this property. There are two covered parking spaces in the garage and two other parking spaces in the driveway. This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Other months require manager approval. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
