Please note that the current renovation projects at Tarpon Beach have been
delayed and now are going into 2026.
While the beauty of Sanibel remains, please note the following:
Work site safety is paramount. Be alert to heavy equipment moving around the
area, make sure workers see you, and stay out of marked construction areas.
Expect construction noise, onsite workers, large construction equipment, no
assigned parking or guaranteed covered parking as Tarpon Beach Association and
condo owners rebuild from Hurricane Ian.
*Pool repairs are expected to be completed by March 2026
*The paver project is paused to allow pool repairs. Will be completed March 2026
*Landscaping updates will take place through March 2026
*Construction noise may be present as owners renovate their condos
*Tennis and Sports Courts will be completed Mid-December 2025
