Water enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities on offer, including kayak and paddleboard rentals and guided tours. The Gulf Coast of Anna Maria boasts exceptional fishing opportunities, with three fishing piers and numerous charter captains available for hire. There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered area by the pool. Other features include a roof top deck, outdoor TV, shower and gas grill. There are plenty of beach amenities, including a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 8 people There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property including the garage. Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
