Plus, you’re only 15 miles to Silverwood Water and Theme Park or 8 miles from downtown Coeur d’Alene, where you can have a day at the park or explore charming shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting local attractions. –Amenities You’ll Love– •Two ensuite bedrooms, including a serene primary suite with deck access •Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishware, and essentials •Open-concept living and dining area with cozy seating •Smart TV’s •High-speed WiFi—perfect for remote work or staying connected •Back deck with seating with BBQ Grill—ideal for morning coffee or grilling •Large, fully fenced yard—safe and secure for pets and kids •Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles, plus boat/trailer parking •Quiet neighborhood setting, great for relaxing or remote stays •Washer and dryer for guest use –Good to Know– •Pets are allowed for $40 per day, max $250 •With driveway parking for up to five vehicles, there’s plenty of space for you and your guests. Boat and trailer parking available as well. Guests DO NOT have access to the garage. Whether you’re here to explore North Idaho’s stunning outdoors or simply relax in comfort, this Hayden retreat is the perfect place to call home during your stay. •Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
