Sunset at Soldiers, nestled a mere 100 meters from the glistening waters of Sunset Beach, offers a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets and the rhythmic melody of the ocean waves, creating a picturesque backdrop for your getaway.
Cleverly designed, the upper-level comprises 3 bedrooms. An open plan living area with 65-inch TV, opens onto the sun-bathed balcony, perfect for enjoying breezy afternoons with family and friends as you admire the water views and the most stunning sunsets.
On the upper level, you will also find a shared bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, plumbed family size fridge / freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The property provides both indoor and outdoor dining areas offering the perfect setting for memorable meals, whether it’s a cozy breakfast as the sun rises or a romantic dinner under the painted skies.
The lower-level comprises of a King bedroom with en-suite and an additional living area with another 65-inch TV making the perfect retreat for kids or a second family.
Sunset at Soldiers is located a short 5-minute stroll along Sunset Beach to Soldiers Point Marina where you will find a number of dining options, and a 15 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to Bannisters featuring Rick Stein restaurant, Cheeky Dog and Soldiers Point Bowling Club.
Sunset at Soldiers has a laundry with washer and dryer, off-street parking as well as street parking. Other features include: Ducted Air Conditioning through out, Wi-Fi, Weber BBQ, Board games, dart board and video game console (Sony PS3), two adult kayaks, two stand-up paddle boards and beach toys for the kids to keep the adventure seekers smiling.
Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps 9 with a maximum of 7 adults.
Bedroom 1 (downstairs): King bed + En-suite + air con + external access
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen bed + En-suite
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): King Single bunk bed with Trundle (Trundle $50 per stay for children only).
The owners provide a high chair and port-a-cot for guests convenience (cot linen $50 per stay).
This property has external security camera’s in place, this is only for security purposes.
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows are also supplied.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 7 adults. The top bunk and trundle can be used for 2 children.
BOND: A refundable bond of $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

Trundle and top bunk $50 each per stay includes linen and towels
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to ’visitors’ to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
