This generously proportioned, contemporary beach house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and multiple living areas inside and out, allowing it to effortlessly accommodate up to 12 guests (max 10 adults) in total comfort and luxury. The water views are breathtaking and the pretty harbour beach has calm water, ideal for little ones and relaxing dips.

On the ground floor you’ll find a huge undercover terrace and vast open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room all overlooking the glistening water of the bay, plus a sunny internal courtyard, full bathroom and second living area with sofa bed suitable for two children. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
