Plus, you can enjoy the many activities afforded by being a stone’s throw from the region’s largest recreational harbor—including boat and other watercraft rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises—and all sorts of woodland, lake, and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore. Lest we forget to mention, the stunning Warren Dunes State Park is close by, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, beachfront, wetland trails, and extraordinary birdwatching! You and your guests might also enjoy visiting New Buffalo’s Oselka Park, which has baseball fields, playground equipment, and tennis courts. For even more variety, nearby Union Pier also has a number of other great restaurants, coffee shops, and breakfast spots. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
  • The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
  • A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
  • We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 
  • Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
